While this list is not exhaustive, it will help you if you would like to live your life in the least masterful way. Sometimes we know what we want by knowing what we don't want first.
Compare yourself to others. How else will you know your value?
Assume that you know-better and defend yourself. Assume you understand what is happening in the world and with other people's lives.
Only train when you feel like it. Don't feel like doing it? Go ahead and take that break.
Don't ask for help. Others will think you are weak and incompetent.
Something now working? Make sure to try it over and over again expecting different outcomes.
Value the destination, and measure your success and readiness by that destination.
Make your goal perfection, anything less is unacceptable.
Use pain and hardships as an excuse to behave badly.
Make it all about you. I mean, who else is important?
Don't celebrate your successes, focus on what does not work.
Don't have a teacher. I obviously know everything, why would I want accountability or guidance?
